The National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Cultural Heritage (amended)

On November 23rd, continuing the program of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly , the National Assembly voted to approve the Resolution on the results of the thematic supervision "Implementation of policies and laws on real estate market management and social housing development from 2015 to the end of 2023"; and voted to approve the Law on Cultural Heritage (amended).

According to the session's agenda, in the morning, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance , authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the draft Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises. The Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee presented the report on the review of the draft Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises. The Minister of Information and Communications, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the draft Law on Digital Technology Industry. The Chairman of the National Assembly's Science, Technology and Environment Committee presented the report on the review of the draft Law on Digital Technology Industry. Following this, delegates discussed in groups the following: the draft Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises; and the draft Law on Digital Technology Industry. In the afternoon, the National Assembly voted to approve the Resolution on the results of the thematic supervision of "The implementation of policies and laws on real estate market management and social housing development from 2015 to the end of 2023". Subsequently, the National Assembly discussed the draft Law on Chemicals (amended) in the plenary session. The Minister of Industry and Trade explained and clarified several issues raised by National Assembly deputies. Prior to this, on November 22nd, the National Assembly held a plenary session to hear the following: the presentation and verification report on the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended); the presentation and verification report on the draft Law on Special Consumption Tax (amended); followed by group discussions on: the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended); and the draft Law on Special Consumption Tax (amended). In the afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly held a plenary session to hear the presentation and verification report on the draft Law amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; followed by group discussions on: the draft Law amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; and the draft Law amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils.
