In the morning, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on People's Air Defense; the Law on Trade Unions (amended); and the National Assembly Resolution on the investment policy for the National Target Program on Cultural Development for the period 2025 - 2035.

Delegates discussed the draft Law on Employment (amended) in the assembly hall. The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs explained and clarified some issues raised by National Assembly delegates.

In the afternoon, the National Assembly will vote to approve the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Health Insurance Law; and the Resolution on the investment policy for the National Target Program for drug prevention and control until 2030.

Delegates discussed the draft Law on Special Consumption Tax (amended) in the assembly hall.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance explained and clarified some issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

After that, the National Assembly held a closed-door meeting on personnel matters.

Previously, on November 26th, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the assembly hall to hear the following reports: Reports on the work of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court and the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy; crime prevention and control; enforcement of judgments; and anti-corruption work in 2024. Reports on the review of reports on the work of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court and the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy; crime prevention and control; enforcement of judgments; and anti-corruption work in 2024. Report of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the results of receiving citizens, handling petitions and supervising the resolution of complaints and denunciations submitted to the National Assembly in 2024; Report of the Government on the work of receiving citizens and resolving administrative complaints and denunciations in 2024. Review report on the Government's report on citizen reception and handling of administrative complaints and denunciations in 2024.

Subsequently, the National Assembly discussed: the work reports of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court and the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy; crime prevention and control; enforcement of judgments; anti-corruption efforts in 2024; the results of monitoring the resolution of voter petitions submitted to the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly; and the results of receiving citizens, handling petitions and resolving complaints and denunciations from citizens in 2024.

Late in the afternoon, the National Assembly voted to approve the following: the Law on Notarization (amended); the Law on Urban and Rural Planning; and the Law on Value Added Tax (amended).
