According to Official Letter No. 16/CV-BCĐ dated August 9, 2025, regarding the implementation of allowances for officials, civil servants, and employees after the reorganization of administrative units and local government organizations at two levels, the retention (preservation or continued entitlement) of allowances as directed in point 3.1, clause 3 of Official Letter No. 03/CV-BCĐ and point 4.2, clause 4, section B of Official Letter No. 11/CV-BCĐ applies to officials, civil servants, and employees receiving salaries from the state budget who are affected by the reorganization of administrative units but remain officials, civil servants, and employees at agencies and organizations within the political system.
Accordingly, prior to reassignment, officials, civil servants, and employees who were receiving any of the above-mentioned salary allowances will continue to receive that allowance after the reassignment.
In cases where officials, civil servants, public employees, or workers have less than 6 months remaining from the date of the reassignment decision (due to retirement at the standard age, early retirement, resignation, etc.), they will continue to receive allowances until the end of their remaining working time.
