The artillery shell stacking challenge not only recreates some of the hardships of military duty but also clearly portrays the discipline, teamwork, and unwavering will of the artists as they enter the military environment.
In modern warfare, tanks have been, are, and will continue to be an indispensable force, playing a key role in striking, penetrating, and paving the way for other branches of the military thanks to their mobility and powerful firepower.
To recreate some of the weight and pressure of this task, the 2025 Military Training Program included a competition involving loading and stacking artillery shells onto tanks – a challenge requiring discipline, precision, and absolute teamwork.

The competition took place between two teams: Team 043, consisting of PewPew, Trang Phap, Huynh Anh, and Linh Ngoc Dam; and Team 114, with Chi Pu, Thien An, Tang Phuc, and Tim. Trang Phap and Chi Pu served as the "Team Leaders" for the two teams.
Accordingly, each tank crew is tasked with transporting four artillery shells into the tank. It is known that for the soldiers of the 203rd Tank Brigade, the time required to transport four artillery shells according to the correct procedure is only… 45 seconds. Besides memorizing and following the procedure correctly, the crews also face pressure regarding speed.

Leaving aside the performance and coordination of the vehicle crews, what impressed the audience most was the confident, decisive demeanor and clear, resounding commands of Chi Pu and Trang Phap as they carried out their tasks.

In particular, Trang Phap made a strong impression by resolutely carrying a cannonball weighing over 30kg herself, demonstrating courage and perseverance, surpassing the usual limits of a female artist familiar with the spotlight.

Team 043, consisting of Trang Phap, PewPew, Linh Ngoc Dam, and Huynh Anh, quickly gained the upper hand with their neat and coordinated movements, completing the challenge in 5 minutes and 15 seconds.
Meanwhile, the 114 team, consisting of Chi Pu, Tang Phuc, Tim, and Thien An, continuously faced disadvantages: slow helmet placement, incorrect positioning when getting into the vehicle, and a lack of coordination. These mistakes caused them to lose 8 minutes and 12 seconds in completing the mission.

After the performance, Trang Phap emotionally shared: "When we think about the things our ancestors did in the past, we suddenly have the strength to do things that we couldn't do before."
Meanwhile, Chi Pu frankly admitted her team's delay and considered it a valuable memory with her teammates – a lesson to help her grow in future challenges.
The competition not only demonstrated physical strength and the difficulty of military tasks, but more importantly, it clearly illustrated the spirit of discipline, teamwork, and unwavering determination – core values that helped the team overcome the challenges.
Military Training Program 2025: “When the Homeland Calls” airs at 9:10 PM every Wednesday.
