SAP and AWS Introduce Solutions for Developing Generative AI Solutions

SAP and AWS introduce AI Co-Innovation Program to develop generative AI solutions that help customers adapt to market fluctuations and supply chain complexities.

AWS has many AI products for business applications.

At the recent SAP Sapphire event, Amazon Web Services and SAP launched the new AI Co-Innovation Program, an AI co-creation program that helps partners develop generative AI applications and agents to help customers quickly solve real-time business challenges.

Helping partners identify, build, and deploy generative AI applications that align with their ERP applications. Combining SAP’s enterprise technology with AWS’s generative AI services, along with the deep expertise of both parties; including teams of AI experts, consultants, and solution architects, the program will deliver a comprehensive solution to support customers in their implementation journey.

AI Co-Innovation will include dedicated engineering resources, cloud service credits, and more to support the development, testing, and deployment of specialized generative AI applications.

The program also enables partners to rapidly build and scale generative AI applications using the latest generative AI tools and services from Amazon Bedrock, including large language models (LLMs) such as Amazon Nova and Anthropic Claude in AI Foundation on the SAP BTP platform.

In addition, this announcement also expands the scope of the collaboration between AWS and SAP to help customers, including Hyundai Motor Group, Moderna, and Zurich Insurance Group, modernize and migrate SAP applications to AWS to take advantage of the availability, flexibility, and scalability of cloud computing.

Running SAP applications on AWS enables customers to easily combine their data with generative AI solutions in a powerful way. Accenture and Deloitte are among the first partners to work with AWS and SAP through this program, allowing them to accelerate the development and deployment of generative AI solutions to solve complex challenges.
