At Bach Mai Hospital, according to statistics, the overall satisfaction rate of inpatients and outpatients reached 97-99%; the Daytime Medical Examination and Treatment Center had a stable satisfaction rate of over 98.4%, and inpatient units reached over 97%. According to Associate Professor Co, this result had an important contribution from the nursing staff.

Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Xuan Co said that in preparation for putting the second facility in Ninh Binh into operation, the hospital's nursing staff has participated in training, coaching, standardizing operating procedures, infection control, safe care and equipment management...
