Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital launched the contest 'Experiential Marketing: From understanding to developing medical services'

On December 3, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital (HUMH) held the launching ceremony of the "Experiential Marketing Solutions: From understanding to developing medical services" contest to encourage initiatives to improve services and enhance patient experience.

This is a professional activity of special significance, creating an environment for hospital units to propose practical solutions based on the actual needs of patients and the requirement to improve the quality of medical services in the new period.

Shortly after the launch, the Organizing Committee received registrations from 45 groups with 253 members, demonstrating the proactive spirit, responsibility and innovation efforts of the staff and workers. This year's competition received professional support from experienced experts, including: Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Thang Long, Deputy Head of Public Relations Department, RMIT University Vietnam; Mr. Ngo Quoc Bao, Senior Director of Customer Experience, Marketing & Communications of Long Chau Pharmacy System and Vaccination Center; and Experts Pham Song Thu and Dr. Nguyen Anh Hiep.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Bac - Director of University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital delivered the opening speech at the ceremony.

In parallel, the program received media support from Thanh Nien Newspaper, with the presence of Journalist Nguyen Trong Phuoc, Member of the Editorial Board, Director of the Digital Content Development Center. Thanh Nien Newspaper will accompany in spreading typical innovative models, humanitarian initiatives and media support at events within the framework of the competition.

With the support of experienced units and experts in customer experience, the competition promises to bring many breakthrough ideas in medical service experience.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Bac - Director of University Medical Center emphasized that in the context of rapidly changing needs of patients and society, medical facilities need to proactively adapt and improve service quality in the direction of transparency, convenience and personalization. Patient experience is not only created by treatment expertise but also by factors such as clear procedures, easy-to-understand information, safe environment and dedicated service attitude. It is the team of doctors and medical staff - those who have direct contact with patients - who understand best the real needs and points that need improvement of the hospital. Therefore, the competition is an important opportunity for practical initiatives to be recognized, perfected and transformed into useful solutions, contributing to improving service quality and strengthening patient trust. He hopes that from the competition, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital will continue to foster the spirit of innovation, serve with understanding and constantly improve so that each patient when returning will clearly feel that the hospital is always changing to be better every day.

Seminar "Experiential Marketing Solutions: From understanding to developing medical services".

Within the framework of the launching ceremony, the Hospital organized the Seminar "Experiential Marketing Solutions: From Understanding to Developing Medical Services" to orient strategic thinking, suggest topics and inspire units through sharing from 5 speakers: Prof. Dr. Truong Quang Binh - Chairman of the Scientific Council, Dr. Au Thanh Tung - Head of General Planning Department, Dr. Le Quan Anh Tuan - Deputy Head of General Planning Department, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hong Minh - Head of Nursing Department and MSc. Do Thi Nam Phuong - Head of Communication Center. The contest "Experiential Marketing Solutions: From Understanding to Developing Medical Services" was officially launched from December 3, 2025 and will take place until the end of January 2026, promising to bring many breakthrough ideas, positively contributing to the development of service quality at University Medical Center.
