At the same time, the Criminal Detention Order was executed on 8 subjects, including: Bui Quoc Y (aka Y Eng), born in 1981; Trinh Tuan Anh (aka Anh Trac), born in 1976; Dao Duy Dung (aka Dung Ca Mau ), born in 1993; Tran Van Cuong (aka Cuong Trang), born in 1996; Le Duc Anh, born in 1982; Le Dang Trung (aka Trung Do), born in 1984 in Luu Ve commune; Nguyen Quoc Dong (aka Dong Ta), born in 1982 in Hop Tien commune and Bui Khac Phan, born in 1988 in Ham Rong ward, Thanh Hoa province.

This is a dangerous criminal gang, hiding under the guise of businesses to get involved in economic activities such as auctioning land use rights and bidding for construction projects. Under the direction of Bui Quoc Y, his trusted "juniors" are criminals and powerful people who are ready to threaten and even assault others.
