(Dan Tri Newspaper) - The Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Investigation Agency has temporarily detained a group of security guards who were standing in the middle of a busy intersection, directing traffic for a convoy of luxury cars heading to a wedding.
On the evening of November 29th, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police announced that their Criminal Investigation Department had temporarily detained four security guards who were standing at a street intersection directing traffic for a convoy of luxury cars heading to a wedding on Le Loi Avenue in Thanh Hoa City, as seen in a recent video that caused a stir on social media.
The detained individuals include: Le Kien Quyet (born in 1985), residing in Hau Loc town, Hau Loc district; Hoang Kim Chung (born in 1996), residing in Quang Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa city; Nguyen Dinh Duong (born in 1991), residing in Quang Minh commune, Sam Son city; and La Van Thuy (born in 1985), residing in Tho Lap commune, Tho Xuan district.
The individuals were detained for investigation into acts of disturbing public order.

Previously, through intelligence gathering, the police discovered a video circulating on social media showing a wedding procession on Le Loi Avenue in Thanh Hoa City, with a group of security guards in uniform directing traffic.
Recognizing the complex nature of the incident in terms of public security and order, the widespread public outcry, and the potential for legal violations, the authorities launched an investigation.
On the afternoon of November 28th, the Criminal Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, in coordination with the Mobile Police Department and Thanh Hoa City Police, conducted a search of the headquarters of Security Guard Company Limited, located on Nguyen Duy Hieu Street, Dong Huong Ward, Thanh Hoa City.

The police also summoned individuals involved in the incident to the police station for investigation and clarification.
Based on the documents and evidence collected, on the afternoon of November 29th, the Criminal Investigation Department of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police issued a decision to temporarily detain the aforementioned individuals.
The incident is currently under investigation by the police.
