Focus on improving the organization and promoting the movement to encourage learning

On the morning of July 15, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education held the 11th (expanded) 5th Executive Committee Meeting to review the promotion of education in the first 6 months of the year and deploy directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

The province currently has 180 grassroots learning promotion associations, with 538,800 members (accounting for 26.22% of the province's population). In the first 6 months of the year, associations at all levels have effectively implemented the tasks of promoting learning, promoting talents, and building a learning society.

Up to now, the whole province has 1,680 villages, hamlets, and residential groups achieving the title of "Learning Community"; 1,156 units achieving the title of "Learning Unit"; 160 religious establishments achieving the title of "Learning Religious Community"; 396 clans achieving the title of "Learning Clan"; 315,850 families achieving the title of "Learning Family"...

Chairman of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education Pham Dang Khoa oriented the coordination activities to carry out the task of promoting education in the coming time.

The Association for the Promotion of Education at all levels has mobilized 315 drop-out students to return to school, 110 students to participate in literacy classes, universalize secondary education; mobilized nearly 17 billion VND to support educational facilities to repair classrooms, auxiliary works, and award scholarships to students...

The provincial Scholarship Fund currently has nearly 3 billion VND. The total expenditure on rewards and scholarships for students according to regulations in the first 6 months of the year is nearly 200 million VND.

In the last 6 months of the year, all levels of the association focused on perfecting the structure and organization of the association according to the policy of merging the Dak Lak Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education (old) and the Phu Yen Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education (old) into the Dak Lak Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education.

At the same time, effectively implement the coordination program with departments, branches and units to promote the work of encouraging learning and talent, building a learning society; mobilize students at risk of dropping out of school to go to school; mobilize resources to support studious students...

Collective representatives and individuals received certificates of merit from the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education awarded certificates of merit for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement to promote learning, encourage talents, and build a learning society to the collective of the Provincial Association for Promoting Education and two individuals: Mr. Pham Dang Khoa, Chairman of the Provincial Association for Promoting Education; Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Association for Promoting Education.
