According to his relatives, Mr. T. did not have a fixed address and usually traveled by boat to cast his nets. Since the morning of August 19th, his family has been unable to contact him.
At around 9:00 AM on August 20th, the search took a new turn when residents discovered a body floating on the Vam Co Tay River, in the Ben Ke hamlet, Tan Tay commune, about 700 meters from where the vessel was found.
