According to the Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Old Quarter Management Board, the "Vietnamese Tet - Street Tet 2024" program aims to raise awareness about preserving and promoting cultural heritage values, contributing to the development of trade, services, tourism , and promoting the image of the Old Quarter in particular and Hanoi in general.
