The document contains notable content, which is the request for the Provincial Inspectorate to conduct a surprise inspection of the implementation of policies, laws, assigned tasks and powers of the Departmentof Education and Training; the Director of the Department of Education and Training and related organizations and individuals in the incident.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to advise the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to consider and decide to temporarily suspend the work of Director of the Department of Education and Training Nguyen Viet Hien to serve inspection activities in accordance with the provisions of law.

Public opinion in Thai Binh province is looking forward to the inspection having results, clarifying the case and violations because this is a sensitive issue, seriously affecting the legitimate rights of parents and their children.

Speaking to the press, Ms. Pham Thi Duyen, residing in Nam Hong commune (Tien Hai district), shared the “abnormalities” in her child’s 10th grade entrance exam scores. Her child was on the district’s Math team. After finishing the test, she compared the test results very carefully with the answers and was confident that she would get a high score.

However, when the exam results were announced, he only got 6.75 points. Very surprised by this incident, the family filed a request for appeal and the math result was 9 points.

Although they have regained justice and honor for their child, Ms. Duyen's family cannot help but wonder: Why is there such a big difference in scores in a very important exam for grade 10? Is it due to the level of the examiner or some other reason?

To have objective and honest information, Ms. Duyen continued to cite to the press nearly 20 other cases after submitting a request for review of the Math and Literature exams, all of which had higher scores than the original.

It is known that the parents of these students were very dissatisfied with the grading that did not match their current abilities. With such a large number of exams with “abnormal” scores, they sent a petition to the authorities as well as provided information about the incident to the press with the hope of clarifying the issue and at the same time strictly handling the individuals and units that violated the rules.
