To commemorate the 78th anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13, 1945 - October 13, 2023), on the morning of October 10, the Tam Diep City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee organized a meeting with businesses in the area to acknowledge and honor the contributions of businesses and entrepreneurs to the local development.
Attending the event were Comrade Bui Thanh Dong, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Chairman of the People's Council of Tam Diep city; and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh, Chairman of the Provincial Business Association.
Over the years, the business community and entrepreneurs in Tam Diep city have experienced rapid development in both quantity and quality. The structure, scale, and scope of operations have shifted in line with the economic restructuring. Currently, the city has over 600 operating businesses, contributing to job creation for tens of thousands of workers, while also making a significant contribution to the local budget and ensuring social welfare.
With the motto "Putting the people and businesses at the center of service; the satisfaction of the people and businesses is the measure of the quality and effectiveness of service provided by officials and civil servants," Tam Diep city has consistently paid attention to and supported businesses in resolving difficulties and obstacles. It has decisively directed the implementation of administrative procedure reforms, created favorable conditions in terms of infrastructure (transportation, land, premises), and ensured security and order... to enable businesses to develop comprehensively and achieve high efficiency in production and business activities.
In the first nine months of the year, thanks to the timely and coordinated guidance of the City Party Committee, the City People's Council, and the City People's Committee, along with the support of the business community and the people in the area, the local socio-economic situation has achieved positive results in all fields. The city has completed and exceeded 6 out of 11 socio-economic targets set for 2023.
Looking ahead, the leaders of Tam Diep city are committed to continuing to pay attention to and create favorable conditions for businesses to develop sustainably; continuing to effectively exploit and utilize potential and advantages; mobilizing all resources and leveraging combined strengths to build and develop Tam Diep city in line with the orientation of becoming a modern, high-quality industrial and service city.
At the same time, we hope that businesses and entrepreneurs will uphold a spirit of responsibility, dynamism, creativity, continuous learning, improve management skills, actively implement digital transformation programs, apply advanced science and technology, understand legal regulations, continue to invest in production development, improve product quality, and seek to expand product markets, contributing to affirming the brand and sustainable development of the enterprise.
The City Business Association strengthens solidarity, bringing together entrepreneurs and businesses to support each other's development, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
