Tam Diep City celebrates Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day

On the morning of October 12th, at Thanh Nga Luxury Restaurant, the People's Committee of Tam Diep city organized a meeting with entrepreneurs and businesses to celebrate the 79th anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day on October 13th.

Leaders of Tam Diep city presented flowers to congratulate entrepreneurs and businesses.

The commemoration was attended by representatives from the City Party Committee, the City People's Committee, the Provincial Business Association; representatives from banks, partner businesses, and members of the Tam Diep City Business Association.

For the past 79 years, the business community of Ninh Binh in general, and the business community of Tam Diep city in particular, have strived and contributed to the socio -economic development of the province and the country.

In Tam Diep city, there are currently over 565 businesses, of which more than 200 are members of the City Business Association. These businesses and entrepreneurs are always dynamic, creative, and proactive in integration, asserting their position and ensuring stable business development, thereby creating jobs for approximately 40,000 workers.

The business community in the city is increasingly asserting its particularly important position and role in promoting comprehensive socio-economic development, with many activities demonstrating significant social responsibility.

Acknowledging the achievements of the business community in the area, Mr. Vu Dinh Chien, Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tam Diep City, emphasized: With the role and responsibility of being pioneers on the economic development front, the City Business Association will further promote dynamism and creativity, steadfastly overcome all difficulties and challenges, develop strongly, confidently integrate, and contribute significantly to building a prosperous and beautiful Ninh Binh province.

Tam Diep City has many favorable conditions for rapid development, as the General Planning Project for Tam Diep City until 2045 has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee. Accordingly, Tam Diep City is a key economic zone in the Southwest of Ninh Binh province; a center for industry, agriculture , trade, and services oriented towards sustainable development, applying clean, modern, and diverse technologies, leveraging its geographical advantages and local traditions; a city developing towards a type II urban area; and an important area for national security and defense.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tam Diep City informed about the key solutions the city will implement in the coming time, which are: Prioritizing the completion of the local transportation network to connect and maximize the advantages of key national and provincial transportation routes passing through the city, such as the North-South expressway, the East-West road, and Ninh Binh province, creating favorable development opportunities for the city and the entire province.

Focus on developing agriculture towards commodity production, applying high technology, and sustainability to traditional, key products, as well as OCOP products bearing the brand of the people and land of Dong Giao - Tam Diep.

Accelerate the implementation of the Tam Diep II Industrial Park project, focusing on eco-industrial development combined with urban services, and the Ninh Binh waste-to-energy plant project in Dong Son commune.

The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the City People's Council, and the City People's Committee of Tam Tam City pay close attention to directing and regularly meeting with and listening to the opinions of the business community; the city continues to reform administrative procedures, create close ties with businesses, work together to overcome difficulties, create a favorable investment environment, and promote the development of production and business.
