More than 60 outstanding Vietnamese youths living and studying in many countries around the world visited and studied at the Traditional House, participated in training activities on warships and interacted with officers and soldiers of units under Naval Region 3.

The program presented 500 national flags to Naval Region 3; supported the fund to sponsor fishermen's children and presented 40 gifts, with a total value of more than 55 million VND, to children with disabilities and serious illnesses who are children of soldiers working at agencies and units of Naval Region 3.
