On December 10th, The Cong Viettel officially said their thanks and farewell to Truong Tien Anh, nicknamed the "whirlwind" of the right wing. Also on the evening of December 10th, Ninh Binh FC officially announced the successful signing of Tien Anh through a post on the team's official social media page: "Defender Truong Tien Anh has been part of the U.19, U.23, and Vietnam national teams and quickly impressed with his good physical condition, quick reflexes, and stable technique. He is also known as the 'crossing machine' thanks to his very accurate crosses and his involvement in creating many goals. Tien Anh will officially wear the Ninh Binh FC jersey from the new year 2026. We wish defender Truong Tien Anh a quick integration into Ninh Binh FC, to develop his form and shine alongside his teammates."
