Duy Tan University announces the admission scores based on the 2024 high school graduation exam results.

I. ADMISSION SCORES

Duy Tan University announces the admission scores based on the 2024 high school graduation exam results as follows:

Admission Score = Total Score of 3 Subjects + Priority Points

1. Medicine/Dentistry : Admission score >= 22.5 points

2. Pharmacy : Admission score > = 21 points

3. Nursing major : Admission score > = 19 points

4. Architecture Department :

Admission score >= 20 points (Drawing score multiplied by a factor of 2 )

5. Other majors : Admission score >= 16 points

Note:

– Drawing score multiplied by a factor of 2: Candidates can use the results of the Drawing exam from universities nationwide that organize the exam or the results from Duy Tan University.

– Candidates are allowed to change their major when completing the enrollment procedures at the University.

II. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT IN THE SCHOOL

1. Candidates must register for conditionally accepted majors through the Ministry of Education and Training 's (MOET) admissions system to be considered for official admission. Registration is open from July 18th to July 30th, 2024 , and the application fee must be paid from July 31st to 5 PM on August 6th .

2. Candidates are only officially admitted if they meet both of the following conditions simultaneously:

– High school graduate;

– Register for conditionally accepted majors and complete all admission steps on the Ministry of Education and Training's admissions system.

III. ADMISSION PERIOD

Candidates must confirm their enrollment online through the Ministry of Education and Training's portal from August 20th to 5 PM on August 27th, 2024, and then enroll in person at Duy Tan University, 254 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Thanh Khe District, Da Nang City, from August 20th to August 28th, 2024.

IV. ADMISSION DOCUMENTS

1) Original Admission Notice (issued by the School);

2) One notarized copy of the high school transcript;

3) One original copy of the 2024 High School Graduation Exam results.

4) One original copy of the temporary high school graduation certificate or one notarized copy of the high school diploma (if graduated before 2024);

5) Copies of documents confirming eligibility for priority status and areas (if any), such as certificates of being the child of a fallen soldier, war invalid cards, or certificates of entitlement to policies similar to those for war invalids, certificates for other priority groups, etc.;

V. ADMISSION METHODS

To best assist candidates during the enrollment process, Duy Tan University provides the following enrollment guidelines:

1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR IN-PERSON ADMISSION

– Candidates must confirm their enrollment online through the Ministry of Education and Training's portal from August 20th to 5 PM on August 27th, 2024, and then enroll in person at Duy Tan University, 254 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Thanh Khe District, Da Nang City from August 20th to August 28th, 2024.

– Working hours :

+ Morning: from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)

Afternoon: from 13:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Sunday)

– When coming to complete the enrollment procedures, parents and new students should prepare the enrollment documents, tuition fees, and other fees as stated in the admission notice.

Parents/Students can pay tuition fees using one of the following two methods:

a. Method 1 : Payment via Bank Account

Beneficiary : DUY TAN UNIVERSITY

* At: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Da Nang Branch ( VIETINBANK ).

Or

Account number 2: 68 11 11 1994

* At: Vietnam Foreign Trade Commercial Bank – Da Nang Branch ( Vietcombank) .

=> Content: “Pay tuition fee for Semester 1 for [Student's Full Name], Application Code: [Code written on the admission notice (6 digits)]”

Example: Paying first semester tuition fees for Nguyen Van A, File code 999999

Note: When registering for enrollment at the University, parents/students need to bring their bank payment receipt and receive the tuition fee receipt at the Finance and Planning Department of Duy Tan University, address 137 Nguyen Van Linh, Da Nang City.

b. Method 2 : Pay in cash at the school when you come to complete the enrollment procedures .

2. ONLINE ADMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Candidates must confirm their enrollment online through the Ministry of Education and Training's portal from August 20th to 5 PM on August 27th, 2024, and complete the online enrollment process following these steps:

Step 1: Candidates log in to the ONLINE REGISTRATION address:

Step 2: Candidates enter the required information.

Step 3: Pay tuition and other fees by bank transfer (see instructions above).

Step 4: The school will notify the student of the class schedule via email, or the student will be contacted by the relevant department for guidance and a schedule.

Note :

1) If tuition fees are paid via bank transfer (Internet Banking), parents/students should take a screenshot of the transaction and attach it to the enrollment process.

2) If tuition fees are paid at a bank counter, parents/students should take a photo of the payment receipt to attach when completing the enrollment procedures.

3) Applicants must submit their admission documents to the school after the online enrollment period.
