Pursuant to Decree 24/2024/ND-CP dated February 27, 2024 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Bidding on contractor selection;

Pursuant to Plan No. 95/KH-UBND dated May 8, 2024 of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province on the implementation of Resolution No. 23/NQ-HDND dated April 3, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council on the approval of the Digital Transformation Project in Ninh Binh province for the period 2024-2025;

To have a basis for approving the bid package estimate: Consulting on the outline and detailed estimate of the task "Application of artificial intelligence (AI), big data to serve the professional work of Ninh Binh Newspaper (content production and digital studio)",

Ninh Binh Newspaper notifies consulting units, based on their capacity and experience, that are interested in participating, to send 01 set of documents to Ninh Binh Newspaper (Address: No. 16, Trang An Street, Dong Thanh Ward, Ninh Binh City, Ninh Binh Province) before June 27, 2024 to organize the selection of consulting units according to regulations.

The profile includes:

- Document requesting consultation with quotation for outline preparation service and detailed estimate for the task "Application of artificial intelligence (AI), big data to serve the professional work of Ninh Binh Newspaper (content production and digital studio)";

- The unit's capacity profile includes the following components:

+ Declaration of capacity in project planning, outline and detailed estimate of IT projects;

+ Similar contracts signed within the last 3 years;

+ Some other relevant information to prove the unit's experience and capacity.
