Simultaneously, planning and arranging equipment in scientific zones should be consistent with the nature and roadmap of digital transformation implementation, building an automated command system within the Ministry of National Defense ; and applying new technologies in management, operation, and exploitation. The deployment of the Ministry of National Defense's data center in the North serves as a basis and prerequisite for deploying the Ministry of National Defense's data center in the South, in accordance with the approved plan for data centers within the Ministry of National Defense.

To ensure the Ministry of National Defense's data center in the North becomes operational and ready for use as soon as possible, the 86th Command continues to urgently complete the remaining items, ensuring progress and compliance with standards, regulations, and designs. Functional agencies and units within the Ministry of National Defense, according to their responsibilities and duties, will closely coordinate with the 86th Command, and be ready and proactive in transferring applications, services, and databases under their management to the Ministry of National Defense's data center in the North when the technical infrastructure and operational management conditions are met, in order to ensure uniformity, avoid wasting resources, and ensure information security and safety.
