From Dak Lak province, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung, representing Le Son Coffee Production Co., Ltd., brought to the first Autumn Fair – 2025 her hometown's specialty: pure coffee.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung stated that, by harmoniously blending pure Robusta, Arabica, and Culi coffee beans from Dak Lak, the "coffee capital," LESON CAFÉ has a gradually mellow bitterness and a rich, intense aroma. "Our coffee is grown on farms in the Central Highlands, and all products are guaranteed to be of high quality and clean, produced using green farming methods," Ms. Dung said.

Pham Nguyen Hoai An, CEO of Khang Bird's Nest Company in Khanh Hoa, said that his company is bringing famous local bird's nest products to the fair. "Today is the second day of the fair, but many businesses have already contacted us, promising new contracts. During the 10 days of the fair, I hope to sell all my stock and secure more orders, as well as find new business partners," Mr. An said.
According to Mr. Pham Nguyen Hoai An, Khang Bird's Nest's current strategy focuses on the domestic market to expand its market share, and he hopes that government agencies will continue to create platforms like this Autumn Fair to support businesses in finding partners, distributors, and supermarket chains to sell their products directly.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Oanh from Le Gia Company added that currently, Le Gia's products are available in most major supermarkets such as Winmart, BigC, and Aeon, as well as reputable organic food store chains nationwide. At the first Autumn Fair in 2025, the company hopes to introduce traditional, wholesome products to people across the country and bring the Vietnamese culinary passport to the world ...

At the Son La province booth on October 27th, there was a constant stream of visitors. Ms. Lo Thi Hanh, representative of the Son La Department of Industry and Trade, said that typical fruits such as wild apples, custard apples, avocados, oranges, etc., were popular with customers and quickly sold out. The Department's goal is to promote agricultural products and introduce the culture and people of Son La to tourists nationwide.
At the booth of Thien Phong Import-Export Co., Ltd. (Lao Cai), Ms. Hoang Huyen Thuong said that the number of visitors in the first two days was quite large. Customers were mainly interested in dried buffalo meat, smoked pork, smoked sausage, Muong Khuong chili sauce, and other agricultural products. Ms. Thuong commented that the feedback from customers was positive: "Everyone was excited and enthusiastic when they saw and tasted the products from Lao Cai..."
According to Ms. Thuong, the continuous trade fairs throughout the year are valuable opportunities to develop the local economy and expand the market: "We also connect with major partners, supermarket chains, and wholesale customers nationwide. This is especially important in the last months of the year, when consumer demand increases."
She expressed her wish that more trade fairs would be organized on a wider scale to promote trade, advertise regional products, support businesses in sustainable development, and effectively connect with the market.
