The Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee is implementing Conclusion 127 of the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat.

BTO - On the morning of March 10th, the Standing Committee of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW dated February 28, 2025, of the Politburo and the Secretariat on conducting research and proposing further restructuring of the political system's organizational apparatus.

The conference was attended and chaired by Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council. The conference was held in both in-person and online formats, connecting to 10 locations in districts, towns, and cities throughout the province.

At the conference, delegates heard Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh – Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee – explain and emphasize several key contents of Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW. Accordingly, the Central Committee is studying the direction of merging some provincial-level administrative units, eliminating district-level organizations, and continuing to merge commune-level administrative units; implementing a two-tiered local model (party organization, government, mass organizations) to ensure smooth, synchronized, interconnected, effective, and efficient operation. Developing the functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure, and staffing of commune-level local governments. Developing a plan for streamlining the Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, and mass associations assigned by the Party and State after mergers and consolidations; developing a plan on the local party organization system (provincial and commune levels); ... Temporarily suspending the organization of commune and district-level Party congresses; Following the 11th Plenum of the Central Committee of the Party, the Politburo will issue specific directives and guidelines.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hoai Anh stated: The dissemination of the content of Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW of the Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat to Party committees, Party organizations, government agencies, the Fatherland Front, political and social organizations at all levels, and cadres and Party members throughout the province aims to create unity in awareness, will, and action.

To seriously implement Conclusion No. 127, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that ideological work be done well among cadres, Party members, and the people. Every cadre and Party member, regardless of their position or role, must wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to their work. They must continue to focus maximally on fulfilling the political tasks of their agencies, units, and localities; avoiding stagnation or interruption of work; and ensuring that the activities of Party committees, government agencies, and mass organizations, as well as the service to the people and businesses, are not affected. The Provincial Party Secretary also requested that Party committees, Party organizations, and government agencies resolutely implement socio-economic development tasks to strive to achieve the growth targets set by the province. "Absolutely no waiting or neglect of work should occur, leading to delays in the work of sectors and localities, affecting the overall progress of the entire province," the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized.

With time running out, a heavy workload, and immense pressure, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hoai Anh called on all cadres and Party members to uphold the spirit of internal solidarity, work together wholeheartedly, and make great efforts to overcome difficulties and challenges, and to overcome anxiety, in order to successfully fulfill the tasks required in the current situation. At the same time, he emphasized the determination to ensure the progress and timeline of the organizational and administrative streamlining process as directed by the Central Committee.
