Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee draws experience from the model congress of Don Duong commune Party Committee

Immediately after the success of the 1st Congress of Don Duong Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee held a conference to draw experience in leadership, direction and organization of the grassroots party congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Accordingly, implementing the direction of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Don Duong Commune Party Committee have recognized the purpose, meaning and importance of the model congress, so they seriously implemented it and followed the procedures in organizing and implementing it.

Comrade Do Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, spoke about the lessons learned at the conference.

The preparation and organization of the congress were carried out seriously, promoting the responsibility of the Party Committee, gathering the intelligence of cadres and Party members; creating an exciting, democratic and united atmosphere before, during and after the congress.

The documents submitted to the congress are carefully prepared in terms of content. The documents are organized to collect opinions in accordance with the procedures and instructions of the superior Party Committee. The program and script for the congress are prepared in detail, anticipating any arising situations and specific handling plans.

Don Duong commune focuses on propaganda work, launching emulation to carry out key tasks and building practical works to welcome the congress.

The solemn and dignified atmosphere of the congress had a positive impact on agencies, units and localities. Delegates and party members attending the congress basically fully exercised their rights and responsibilities in the contents of the congress organization. Facilities and logistics were well prepared.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Phap, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Binh Thuan Ward Party Committee, contributed ideas to draw experience from the Congress.

The Head of the Organizing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee also pointed out some points that need attention. Specifically, the Presidium still has some sentences in a colloquial style, leading to a lack of formality, incoherence, and indecision. The arrangement, suggestions, and time for discussion and exchange are not really exciting. The Political Report and the Review Report are long, the content is repetitive, the data demonstrating some areas are not specific; the development breakthroughs are scattered and unclear...

Based on the advantages and disadvantages in the process of organizing the model congress of the Don Duong Commune Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee proposed a number of tasks requiring the Party Committees of communes, wards and special zones to implement immediately after the model congress.

Delegates follow the opinions of Central and Lam Dong provincial leaders at the experience exchange conference.

Discussing at the conference, delegates said that the content of the reports at the congress was still traditional, long and not specific. The documents need to have appendices and tables with results and directions. The indicators need to be accompanied by clear solutions. The reception and explanation of comments on the draft documents of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Don Duong commune, term 2025 - 2030 are not clear and specific. The presentations need to be linked to the implementation of local tasks in the coming time...

From the experiences learned at the 1st Congress of Don Duong Commune Party Delegates, localities will make adjustments to develop operational scenarios, do a good job of preparation, and ensure the successful organization of the congress.

Agreeing with the opinions of the delegates at the conference, comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh noted that localities need to step up propaganda and decoration so that the congress is not only an important political event of the Party, but also a common joy of the people.
