Organizing the Duc Lap Commune Party Congress solemnly, safely and economically

On the afternoon of July 18, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Huynh Ngoc Anh worked with the Standing Committee of the Duc Lap Commune Party Committee on the organization of the 1st Commune Party Congress.

Duc Lap commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes Duc Minh, Duc Manh and Dak Mil town (formerly Dak Mil district, Dak Nong province). The commune party committee has 66 grassroots party organizations. Up to now, the party cells and grassroots party committees have completed the organization of congresses.

In the past time, the Duc Lap Commune Party Committee has proactively drafted a political report and a review report of the Commune Party Committee Executive Committee to submit to the congress in accordance with instructions.

After receiving comments from the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Duc Lap commune seriously received, studied and completed documents to serve the Commune Party Congress scheduled to take place from July 22 to 23.

Member of the Party Committee, Secretary of Duc Lap Commune Party Committee Pham Thanh reported on the general preparation work for the congress.

Regarding the content of the document, the Duc Lap Commune Party Committee prioritizes and proposes the development of socio-economy, national defense and security, and the construction of a political system associated with the application of science and technology, with innovation in action and implementation.

In particular, the tasks for the 2025-2030 term are built in accordance with the locality. Specific, practical breakthroughs are associated with digital transformation, application of science and technology, especially in the development of high-tech agriculture and trade and services.

Comrade Huynh Ngoc Anh delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

In his concluding remarks, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Huynh Ngoc Anh emphasized that the 1st Congress of Duc Lap Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030, is of utmost importance, demonstrating the role of the political nucleus at the grassroots level. The Congress is a necessary step to promote the Party's leadership role in building a strong grassroots government system that operates effectively and efficiently.

Commenting on the organization of the congress, comrade Huynh Ngoc Anh suggested that from the model congress held in Don Duong commune, Duc Lap commune needs to develop a script, assign management tasks closely and solemnly. The preparation of facilities, documents and papers for the congress must ensure progress, quality and economy. Before, during and after the congress, Duc Lap commune should step up propaganda work, orient the ideology and grasp the people's situation, ensure good security and order for the congress to be a great success.
