The Ca Temple Festival (Hong Linh Town, Ha Tinh Province ) will take place from November 20-22, 2023 (corresponding to the 8th-10th day of the 10th lunar month) with many meaningful activities.

The People's Committee of Hong Linh town has just issued a plan to organize the Den Ca Festival (Hoang Muoi's Mansion) in conjunction with a conference to promote and connect cultural and spiritual tourism tours and routes in the area.

Accordingly, the main venue for the festival will be within the grounds of the Ca Temple - Hoang Muoi Governor's Residence, located in Hau Den residential area, Trung Luong ward (Hong Linh town). Meanwhile, the conference to promote and connect tourism tours and routes will be held within the grounds of the Victory Eco-tourism Area (residential area 4, Dau Lieu ward, Hong Linh town).

The main activities of the festival include: the expanded provincial Tam Phu Mother Goddess worship festival, the sticky rice cake wrapping competition held on November 20th; the water procession (ordination ceremony), the land procession (procession of the deity Hoang Muoi) held on November 21st; the opening ceremony from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on November 22nd; and the folk ceremony from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on November 22nd.

The 2023 Ca Temple - Hoang Muoi Mansion Festival aims to concretize the implementation of Resolution No. 02-NQ/ThU dated December 31, 2021, of the Standing Committee of the Hong Linh Town Party Committee on strengthening leadership in the development of spiritual and cultural tourism in the area until 2025; and Decision No. 278/QD-UBND dated February 3, 2023, on the promulgation of the Project on propaganda and promotion associated with the development of spiritual and cultural tourism tours and routes in Hong Linh town. The festival aims to create a breakthrough to gradually develop spiritual and cultural tourism, contributing to the successful achievement of the socio -economic development goals set forth in the Resolution of the 7th Congress of the Town Party Committee.
