UN Secretary-General not satisfied with commitments at COP28

United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on December 3 that the commitments to cut emissions at the 28th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) did not meet requirements.
