Ho Chi Minh City revokes the right to use practice certificates of many violating doctors

Accordingly, the Inspector of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health discovered that dermatologist Pham Ngoc Hue - who is also the owner of Minh Phuong Dermatology Clinic (280 Chu Van An, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District) committed the following violations: Creating medical records but not clearly and fully stating the items in the medical records according to the form prescribed by law; Incompletely posting the prices of medical examination and treatment services.

For the above behavior, this doctor was fined 4 million VND and had his medical practice certificate revoked for 2 months.

In addition, the Health Department Inspectorate also fined Keangnam Korea Co., Ltd. - Cosmetic Clinic (394-396 Cao Thang, Ward 12, District 10) for many violations such as: Practitioners not registering to practice medical examination and treatment according to the provisions of law; Incomplete posting of prices for medical examination and treatment services.

Keangnam Korea Clinic has just been fined by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health Inspectorate.

The Health Department Inspectorate fined this clinic 12 million VND and revoked the right to use the medical practice certificate for 1 month for two employees working here: doctor Hoang Xuan Ly (anesthetist, resuscitation specialist, cosmetic specialist) and nurse Phung Thi Quy.

Also in the announcement of this penalty decision, the Health Department Inspectorate also imposed a fine of VND 45 million on Ms. Tran Thi Thuy - owner of Haberi Beauty Business (84C Tran Quoc Toan, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3) for providing cosmetic services at the cosmetic service facility without a written notice of meeting the conditions for providing cosmetic services sent to the competent state agency according to the provisions of law.

This beauty salon also had its medical examination and treatment activities suspended until all legal documents related to its medical examination and treatment activities were completed.
