Thu Duc City has 520 party members receiving Party Badges on September 2

On August 30, within the framework of activities to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024) and National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024), Thu Duc City Party Committee held a Party Badge Awarding Ceremony on September 2, 2024 for senior Party members.

This time, Thu Duc City Party Committee has 520 party members awarded the badges of 80, 75, 65, 60, 55, 50, 45, 40, 30 years of Party membership.

Specifically, 1 comrade received the 80-year Party membership badge; 4 comrades received the 75-year Party membership badge; 13 comrades received the 65-year Party membership badge; 24 comrades received the 60-year Party membership badge; 65 comrades received the 55-year Party membership badge; 72 comrades received the 50-year Party membership badge; 108 comrades received the 45-year Party membership badge; 167 comrades received the 40-year Party membership badge and 66 comrades received the 30-year Party membership badge.

In addition, there was 1 case posthumously awarded the 65-year Party membership badge and 7 cases posthumously awarded the 60-year Party membership badge.

At the ceremony, 107 comrades were awarded the Party Badges of 75 years, 65 years, 60 years, 55 years, 50 years, 45 years, 40 years and 30 years of Party membership by the Thu Duc City Party Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Hiep, member of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Secretary of the Thu Duc City Party Committee, delivered a speech reviewing the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2.

He emphasized that the Party Badge is a noble reward of the Party, a respectful recognition of the contributions and loyalty of Party members to the Party, to the people, to the revolution, and to their homeland Thu Duc.

“Comrades have been dedicating their efforts to the revolutionary cause, determined to follow the path chosen by the Party, beloved Uncle Ho and our people. The Party Committee and people of Thu Duc City always acknowledge and appreciate those great contributions,” said comrade Nguyen Huu Hiep.
