Granting investment registration certificate for factory rental project

On the afternoon of June 19, the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board held a ceremony to grant investment registration certificates for the factory rental project at Phuoc Nam Industrial Park (Thuan Nam).

Leaders of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board awarded certificates to representatives of project investors.

The factory for rent project invested by Ecoport Technology Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is being built on an area of ​​nearly 25 hectares in Phuoc Nam Industrial Park with a total investment of nearly VND 1,066 billion (equivalent to USD 42 million). The project aims to build, manage, operate and lease warehouses, multi-purpose factory systems and auxiliary items, serving production, assembly, processing, packaging, storage of goods, equipment, raw materials, warehousing and logistics services. In particular, the project aims to attract investors in the production of wind turbine blades with advanced and modern technology. The project is expected to complete construction and put into operation in August 2026; the project's operating period is 31 years.
