Exhibition on tourism, heritage, scenic spots and traditional handicrafts

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Vietnam Exhibition Center for Culture and Arts to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture and Sports of Hue city and related units to organize the exhibition "Tourism space, cultural heritage, scenic spots and traditional Vietnamese handicraft products".

The exhibition is expected to take place at the end of April 2025, at the Hue City Cultural - Cinema Center, with the participation of provinces and cities nationwide.

This is a cultural and tourism activity within the framework of National Tourism Year - Hue 2025; celebrating the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Hue city (March 26, 1975 / March 26, 2025) and welcoming Hue city to become a centrally-run city.

The exhibition aims to introduce and promote tangible and intangible cultural values, landscapes of the country and people of Vietnam built along the length of national history; contribute to enhancing exchanges between provinces and cities in organizing activities to link tourism development and cultural and artistic culture; introduce traditional handicraft products of industrial and handicraft villages in regions, encourage and motivate the creative working spirit of artisans...

This is also an opportunity for artisans to exchange and promote the potential of craft village tourism, expand relationships between traditional craft villages, and gradually integrate into the international economy .

The exhibition includes many important contents. Among them, there is the exhibition "Tourism space, cultural heritage, scenic spots of Vietnam", with images of tourism through cultural heritage and scenic spots of Vietnam, photographic works about the country and people of Vietnam that have been recognized by UNESCO as World Cultural Heritage; world natural heritages, mixed cultural and natural heritages of the world; intangible cultural heritage; documentary heritage...

The exhibition also introduces images, special national relics, tangible and intangible cultural heritages in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List, famous landscapes and typical cultural life of ethnic communities in Vietnam across the country.

Within the framework of the exhibition, many activities also took place such as: Display and performance of light sculpture art with works imbued with Hue culture; Vietnamese tea culture space, product introduction and tea culture exchange of Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen provinces...
