Transactions at Phu Loc Customer Service Center

To improve service quality and promptly meet the needs of residents in Phu Loc commune, HueWACO inaugurated and put into operation the Phu Loc Customer Service Center in Tu Du residential area, Phu Loc commune. The unit also committed to continuing to maintain safe water supply, excellent customer service, and making increasingly positive contributions to the socio -economic development of the city.

This is HueWACO's 5th certified transaction office, aiming to reach and provide the best experience for customers in the former Phu Loc district, in line with the plan to build a system of 9 certified transaction offices in 9 water supply service areas, contributing to meeting the increasingly high demands of customers for the quality of HueWACO's products and services.

Currently, HueWACO provides safe and clean water to 308,665 connections, serving more than 1.13 million people, accounting for 97.13% of the city's total population, including 98.89% of urban residents and 95.17% of rural residents.
