On the morning of September 5th, along with the rest of the country, nearly 446,000 students from the mainland to the islands and border areas of Quang Ngai province eagerly went to school to attend the opening ceremony of the new academic year 2025-2026.
Along with this event, many scholarships were awarded to students to help alleviate their financial burden and motivate them to strive for academic excellence.

In Bo Y border commune, which shares borders with Laos and Cambodia (formerly part of Kon Tum province), in a joyful atmosphere, more than 1,400 students along with 90 teachers and staff of Nguyen Trai High School solemnly inaugurated the new school year.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Student Association; and Mr. Lam Tung, Member of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Deputy Head of the Youth and Children Affairs Department of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, and Permanent Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the new school year, Mr. Pham Dai Canh, the school principal, expressed his joy in welcoming 533 10th-grade students for the 2025-2028 academic year. He expressed confidence that the students would quickly integrate, develop their abilities, and build strong bonds within the group to confidently embark on their new academic journey.
"In this historically rich border region, every student must always deeply understand the value of learning: learning to affirm oneself, learning to enrich the homeland, and learning to preserve every inch of the sacred land of the Fatherland," Mr. Canh emphasized.

On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union and President of the Vietnam Student Association, presented flowers to congratulate the school. The Central Committee of the Youth Union also presented 500 national flags and 100 portraits of President Ho Chi Minh to Nguyen Trai High School; awarded 30 scholarships totaling 60 million VND and 20 bicycles to students from disadvantaged backgrounds who have strived to excel in their studies.

On this occasion, Duc Nong Border Guard Station and Dak Xu Border Guard Station 679, Company 732 - 15th Army Corps, also awarded 4 scholarships (5.4 million VND/scholarship) to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Over 1,000 students in the Ly Son Special Economic Zone begin the new school year.
On the morning of September 5th, in keeping with the nationwide opening ceremony atmosphere, more than 1,000 students of all levels in the Ly Son Special Zone (Quang Ngai) enthusiastically went to school, officially beginning the 2025-2026 academic year.

The opening ceremony on this frontier island of the Fatherland was organized solemnly and thoughtfully, bringing many emotions to both teachers and students. When the opening drum sounded, a new learning journey began, filled with joy and the aspiration to conquer knowledge.
For the 2025-2026 school year, schools in Ly Son have proactively implemented preparatory work and have received investment from Quang Ngai province in modern facilities, creating a favorable environment for teachers to teach well and students to learn well.
