On the morning of January 15th, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Commander of Military Region 4, visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families and disadvantaged households to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Snake; inspected combat readiness and presented gifts to several armed forces units in Thuong Xuan district. Joining the delegation were Colonel Le Van Trung, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, along with the Party Committee and government of Thuong Xuan district.

In Ngoc Phung commune, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Commander of Military Region 4, and leaders of the Provincial Military Command presented 85 Tet gifts to exemplary policy beneficiary families and families in difficult circumstances in the commune (Military Region 4 Command presented 60 gifts).
Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Commander of Military Region 4, visited, encouraged, and wished policy beneficiary families, disadvantaged households, and poor households, as well as all the people of Ngoc Phung commune, Thuong Xuan district, a warm and joyful New Year. He affirmed that although the gifts were not large, they represented the affection of himself and the Military Region Command towards policy beneficiary families, disadvantaged households, and poor households, expressing the wish that everyone could celebrate Tet together in warmth and harmony, and that no one would be left behind. He requested that the Party Committee and the government continue to pay attention to and care for the lives of the people, especially policy beneficiary families; and prepare well to complete the 2025 military recruitment task, which will be carried out immediately after the Lunar New Year.

Following this, Lieutenant General, Commander of Military Region 4, visited and encouraged the young men who had completed their military service and returned to their localities. The Commander of Military Region 4 expressed his hope that these soldiers, after completing their military service, would continue to uphold the spirit and traditions of Uncle Ho's soldiers, setting a good example in complying with the law, participating in local emulation movements, and contributing to economic development and building a stronger and more prosperous homeland.
