On the morning of December 3, the Russian Table Tennis Team arrived in Hanoi at the invitation of the Vietnam Table Tennis Federation to visit, exchange and practice with the Vietnam Table Tennis Team.
This visit of the Russian table tennis team is not only a normal friendly activity, but also has an extremely important meaning for the preparation of the Vietnamese table tennis team towards the 33rd SEA Games.
This morning (December 3), the two teams met, exchanged expertise and got acquainted with the training space. The first hours of practice took place in an open but professional atmosphere, giving Vietnamese athletes the opportunity to approach the modern, disciplined and fast playing style of a table tennis country with a strong tradition in Europe.
Tomorrow, December 4, the Vietnamese and Russian table tennis teams will enter friendly matches in many events. This will be an extremely valuable opportunity for Vietnamese athletes to gain practical experience, practice their competitive spirit, perfect their tactics, and from there accurately assess their current abilities and areas that need to be improved before the big tournament in the region.
This international exchange is considered an important step forward, helping the Vietnamese table tennis team accumulate experience, improve professional skills, and strengthen solidarity and determination before entering the 33rd SEA Games - where the team has high expectations.
Previously, the Vietnamese table tennis team returned to Hanoi on December 1 after finishing a nearly 1-month training trip in China.
