Provincial People's Committee: Meeting to review preparations for the Conference to announce the Provincial Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050

On March 20th, Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting to hear reports from the working groups serving the Conference on Announcing the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, and promoting investment in Ninh Thuan province (hereinafter referred to as the conference) on the progress of preparing the assigned tasks. Attending the meeting were the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Nguyen Long Bien, Le Huyen, Trinh Minh Hoang, and leaders of relevant departments, agencies, and localities.

At the meeting, leaders from the Departments of Planning and Investment, Information and Communications, the Provincial Police, and the Provincial People's Committee Office reported on the progress of preparing the content, programs, and documents for the conference; the organization of publicity before, during, and after the provincial planning announcement conference; and the work of ensuring security and order, as well as logistics and ceremonial arrangements. To date, most of the assigned tasks and contents have been implemented by the departments and units at an accelerated pace, ensuring the required quality standards are met.

Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presided over the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the urgency, proactiveness, and initiative of the departments and units in focusing on implementing the assigned tasks with utmost responsibility. To ensure the successful organization of the conference, he requested that departments, agencies, and localities continue to coordinate the implementation of the remaining tasks to ensure the set schedule is met. This includes focusing on strengthening communication and providing basic information about the provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, which has been approved by the Prime Minister ; and raising awareness of the role and responsibility of all levels, sectors, businesses, and people in participating in monitoring and implementation. It is important to select investment promotion projects that are truly driving forces and crucial for promoting, attracting, and widely showcasing the province's potential and advantages in various fields, and enhancing the province's foreign relations with domestic and foreign investors. The Provincial People's Committee Office, in coordination with relevant departments and agencies, will review and continue to expedite key contents and tasks; paying attention to side activities of the conference to connect investors and businesses such as seminars, forums for exchanging experiences in cooperation, promotion, exhibitions, tours, and social welfare... in a practical and lively manner, highlighting the conference theme "Ninh Thuan - A Land of Convergent Unique Values". This will contribute to attracting investment and mobilizing resources to realize the provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
