How to use honey infused with papaya flowers.
You can dry the flowers in the sun or using a drying machine. Note that you shouldn't dry them directly in the sun. Dried flowers can be used to make tea to drink throughout the day.
Alternatively, you can soak dried or fresh flowers in honey. Wash the flowers, let them dry, and place them in a jar. Pour honey over them until they are completely covered, then seal the jar tightly and leave it at room temperature. Let it soak for 2-3 months.
Every day, mix this honey with warm water and drink it in the morning. This drink helps boost health, increase bowel movements, and lower blood sugar. Additionally, you can steam fresh flowers with rock sugar and honey to treat coughs and consume it throughout the day.
Many studies indicate that male papaya flowers have anti-cancer value in animals. However, the use of this medicinal plant for cancer prevention in humans has not been clearly tested. Further research is needed to conclude whether these flowers have the potential to treat, reduce malignant cells, and be used in various types of cancer.
This herb is beneficial, but it should not be used by children under 1 year old, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers. Those trying to conceive should also be cautious as the substances in the flowers may affect fertilization. Furthermore, do not use the flowers and roots of the plant together in the same remedy as this can cause vomiting, discomfort, and poisoning.
To best utilize male papaya flowers, you should consult with experts in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
