Reporting at the conference, Mr. Tran Viet Ha, Head of Department VII of the Central Inspection Commission, stated that several serious incidents have occurred in the region recently, falling under the monitoring and direction of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption and Negative Phenomena. Through these cases, many Party members and officials have been prosecuted for their involvement with Tien Bo Quoc Te Joint Stock Company (AIC), Van Thinh Phat Group, Thuan An Group Joint Stock Company, the Saigon Dai Ninh urban area project, and several energy projects. The Central Inspection Commission also decided to investigate suspected violations by the Party Committees of the People's Committees of several provinces and cities in the area under Department VII's jurisdiction. Following this, conclusions were reached, disciplinary actions were taken, and disciplinary measures were recommended against many Standing Committees of provincial and city Party Committees, as well as Party Committees that directed and inspected the handling of cases related to AIC, Thuan An, and the energy projects. Regarding the plan for the last three months of the year, according to Mr. Ha, Party committees, Party organizations, and inspection committees at all levels will focus on directing and completing inspections when there are signs of violations, and considering and handling Party organizations and Party members who have committed violations related to Thuan An Company, as directed by the Central Inspection Committee.
