This is the largest ERP Cloud project in the material production industry in Vietnam, marking an important step forward for Phu Tai in creating a centralized and modern management model based on data, accelerating business development in the context of global competition, affirming the ability to access global standard management solutions for many medium-sized enterprises according to the new implementation model.

The project marks an important step forward for Phu Tai in creating a modern, centralized management model.

Based on the success of the pilot implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud system at Phutai Quartz - a key export quartz stone production unit, Phu Tai decided to deploy it on a large scale to the next 7 units, covering the key subsystems of the enterprise: finance - accounting, sales, purchasing, warehouse management, production, quality management and electronic invoice integration.

In which, 5 stone industry units including Phu Tai Binh Dinh Quartz Stone Company Limited, Tuan Dat Minerals Company Limited, Factory 380, Binh Dinh Stone Processing Factory and Nhon Hoa Construction Materials Production Factory will be deployed simultaneously within 04 months, inheriting the entire model, set of processes, forms and operating methods that have been optimized at Phutai Quartz.

With 2 wood industry units including Phu Tai Binh Dinh Wood One Member Co., Ltd. and Thang Loi Enterprise, the system will be completely newly deployed, adjusted according to the characteristics of the wood industry production chain, but still adhere to the unified management principles of the entire group.

At Phutai Quartz, in just 5 months, the application of modern ERP technology in the Cloud model has helped the unit move to a completely new operating model based on a modern "digital brain", data is connected throughout, processes are controlled in real time, and all decisions are made based on accurate numbers. More than 50 core business processes are standardized according to the "best practice" of the quartz stone industry, while integrating more than 60 reports and customizable functions to meet international management standards and specific requirements in Vietnam.

The project's impact is clearly demonstrated in operations: The processing time for all internal processes is reduced by 30%, the time for processing orders, inventory and making inventory decisions is shortened by up to 40%. Real-time decision-making capacity is increased by 50% thanks to the dashboard system and real-time data analysis. Inventory management is highly accurate, keeping the deviation below 2%, excess inventory is reduced by 20-25%, significantly freeing up old inventory. The demand forecasting system is up to 85% accurate, allowing Phu Tai Quartz to proactively source global quartz materials and respond quickly to large orders and high-end orders from markets such as the US and EU.

The project is considered a "trial run" to verify the readiness and adaptability of the business, an important foundation for Phu Tai to believe in the effectiveness of digital management applications.
