Recognizing that Party work is the foundation of all activities, the Party Committee of BIDV Pho Nui Branch always thoroughly implements the resolutions and directives of the Party, concretizing them into action programs suitable to the unit's specific characteristics.

Mr. Huynh Quang Hung, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Branch, said: “We consider studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, in conjunction with the Professional Ethics Standard and BIDV's 5 core values (Intelligence-Trust-Integrity-Professionalism-Aspiration), as a guiding principle throughout all our activities.”
Following that principle, the subordinate Party branches have proactively innovated the content and form of thematic meetings, focusing on discussing and proposing solutions to overcome limitations, linking the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style with the performance of professional duties. As a result, the study and emulation of Uncle Ho has become increasingly in-depth, bringing practical effectiveness in each field of work.
Simultaneously, the Branch Party Committee has implemented the "Four Good Party Branch" and "Four Good Party Committee" models to promote innovative approaches and build a clean and strong Party organization. Annually, 100% of the subordinate Party branches are recognized with the "Four Good Party Branch" title.
The spirit of integrity, discipline, and respect for the rule of law continues to be promoted through the serious implementation of Directive No. 07/CT-NHNN of the State Bank of Vietnam on strengthening the prevention and control of legal violations in the monetary and banking sector, ensuring the security and safety of banking operations, and contributing to monetary and financial stability.
Inspection and supervision work is carried out regularly and rigorously, thereby helping subordinate Party branches and individual Party members to uphold a sense of responsibility and successfully complete their assigned tasks.
Along with strengthening discipline and order, the Branch Party Committee always considers leadership and guidance in professional tasks as a measure of the capacity and prestige of the grassroots Party organization. In the face of complex market developments, the Party Committee has proactively analyzed and assessed the business environment and predicted its impact to develop resolutions guiding the implementation of annual business tasks that are closely aligned with reality.
The planned targets are specified and assigned to each department and each officer, ensuring both growth in scale and maintaining credit quality, contributing to the effective fulfillment of the unit's political tasks.

In particular, the Branch has identified digital transformation as one of the key breakthroughs, implemented in line with BIDV's orientation for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030. Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the Trade Union closely coordinates with professional departments to implement programs promoting comprehensive digitalization, from internal management and operations to customer service provision.
Many modern products and services such as BIDV iBank, SmartBanking, QR payment, chip cards, etc., have been implemented synchronously. Along with that, the application of advanced management software systems such as B.One, RLOS, CROMs, and BPM has helped the branch improve labor productivity, optimize business processes, and enhance risk management efficiency.

At BIDV Pho Nui Branch, building a corporate culture is considered a central task, acting as the "glue" that binds people, work, and development goals together.
Under the direction of the Party Committee, many meaningful cultural activities were organized, such as the "Risk Control Culture" competition, the "I am BIDV" writing contest, and the "BIDV Cultural Ambassador" competition. These programs not only created an environment for professional exchange and learning, but also served as profound political activities, contributing to fostering a sense of responsibility, integrity, and creativity among cadres and Party members.

From the emulation movement for learning and creativity, many practical initiatives have emerged, including the "Form Creation Support Program" (2022), which was recognized by BIDV at the system level. Mr. Nguyen Trong Hien, Deputy Branch Director and representative of the author group, shared: The "Form Creation Support Program" initiative has fundamentally changed the way operations are conducted at the counter, from manual recording to using pre-printed forms, helping to shorten transaction time, reduce errors, and enhance professionalism.
Meanwhile, the "Lean Sales Handbook" (recognized as a grassroots initiative in 2023) has helped customers easily access product information through QR codes, clearly demonstrating the spirit of digital transformation associated with the dedicated service culture of BIDV Pho Nui Branch.
Alongside its business activities, BIDV Pho Nui Branch actively implements social welfare activities with a total budget of over 4.5 billion VND during the 2020-2025 term. Effective "People's Mobilization" movements have been implemented, such as "Cashless Streets," "Supporting Students During Exams," and many communication campaigns that have won high awards within the BIDV system. Through these efforts, the spirit of responsibility towards the community is spread, affirming the pioneering role of the Party Committee in linking political tasks with a mission for society and people.

The Party Committee, in coordination with the Trade Union, focuses on building a humane, united, disciplined, and innovative work style, contributing to affirming the image of BIDV employees as dedicated, responsible, and modern in the new era.
