Identifying Party work as the foundation of all activities, the Party Committee of BIDV Pho Nui Branch always thoroughly grasps the Party's resolutions and directives, concretizing them into action programs suitable to the unit's characteristics.

Mr. Huynh Quang Hung - Secretary of the Branch Party Committee - said: "We consider studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style associated with the Code of Professional Ethics and BIDV's 5 core values ​​(Intelligence - Faith - Integrity - Professionalism - Aspiration) as the "compass" throughout all activities".

Implementing that motto, the subordinate Party cells have proactively innovated the content and form of thematic activities, focused on discussions, proposed solutions to overcome limitations, and linked the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style with the implementation of professional tasks. Thanks to that, the study and following of Uncle Ho has gone into more depth, bringing practical results in each field of work.

In parallel, the Branch Party Committee has deployed the model of "Four-Good Party Cell" and "Four-Good Party Organization" to promote creative ways of working and build a clean and strong Party organization. Every year, 100% of the affiliated Party cells are recognized with the title of "Four-Good Party Cell".

The spirit of integrity, discipline and rule of law continues to be promoted through the serious implementation of Directive No. 07/CT-NHNN of the State Bank of Vietnam on strengthening the prevention and control of law violations in the monetary and banking sector, ensuring security and safety of banking operations, contributing to monetary and financial stability.

Inspection and supervision work is carried out regularly and closely, thereby helping subordinate Party cells and each Party member to uphold their sense of responsibility and successfully complete assigned tasks.

Along with strengthening discipline and order, the Branch Party Committee always considers leadership and direction of professional tasks as a measure of the capacity and prestige of the Party's grassroots organization. In the face of complex market developments, the Party Committee has proactively analyzed and evaluated the business environment and forecasted impacts to build leadership resolutions to carry out annual business tasks in line with reality.

The planning targets are specified and assigned to each department and each officer, ensuring both the target of increasing scale and maintaining credit quality, contributing to the effective implementation of the unit's political tasks.

In particular, the Branch identified digital transformation as one of the important breakthroughs, implemented according to BIDV's orientation for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030. Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the Union closely coordinated with specialized departments to implement programs to promote comprehensive digitalization, from internal administration and operations to customer service provision.

Many modern products and utilities such as BIDV iBank, SmartBanking, QR payment, chip cards... are applied synchronously. Along with that, the application of advanced management software systems such as B.One, RLOS, CROMs, BPM helps the Branch improve labor productivity, optimize business processes and enhance risk management efficiency.

Building a brand from trust

At BIDV Pho Nui Branch, building corporate culture is considered a core task, the "glue" that connects people, work and development goals.

Under the direction of the Party Committee, many meaningful cultural activities were organized such as: "Risk Control Culture" contest, "I am BIDV" writing contest, "BIDV Cultural Ambassador" contest... These programs not only create an environment for professional exchange and learning, but are also profound political activities, contributing to fostering the sense of responsibility, integrity and creativity for cadres and party members.

From the emulation movement of learning and innovation, many practical initiatives have been born, including the "Form Creation Support Program" (2022) recognized by BIDV at the system level. Mr. Nguyen Trong Hien - Deputy Director of the Branch, representative of the author group - shared: The initiative "Form Creation Support Program" has fundamentally changed the way of working at the counter, from handwriting to using pre-printed forms to help shorten transaction time, limit errors and improve professionalism.

Meanwhile, the “Lean Sales Handbook” (recognized as a grassroots initiative in 2023) has helped customers easily access product information via QR codes, clearly demonstrating the spirit of digital transformation associated with the dedicated service culture of BIDV Pho Nui Branch.

In parallel with its business tasks, BIDV Pho Nui Branch also actively implements social security activities with a total budget of more than 4.5 billion VND in the 2020-2025 term. The "Smart Mass Mobilization" movements have been effectively implemented, such as: "Cashless Street", "Supporting the Exam Season", along with many high-award winning communication campaigns in the BIDV system. Thereby, spreading the spirit of responsibility for the community and affirming the pioneering role of the Party Committee in linking political tasks with the mission for society and for people.

Entering the 2025-2030 period, BIDV Pho Nui Branch Party Committee identified two strategic breakthroughs including: improving the quality of party members and employees in the direction of being proficient in technology, having innovative thinking, daring to think, daring to do; promoting the transformation of sales models towards digitalization, building a professional, dynamic and creative retail sales team.
