At the conference, officials and experts of the Provincial Party Committee Office shared many contents in the implementation of data applications on the use of AI to quickly synthesize directive documents; support analysis and assessment of the implementation of policies and work programs; create periodic reports, thematic reports; use AI to draft official dispatches, notices, meeting minutes; automate the approval and storage process of documents; ensure accuracy and information security during document processing; security principles when using AI; identify and prevent risks related to improper use of AI; effective working mindset with AI in the ability to ask questions, master each specific task that requires AI support.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee Office launched a response to the implementation of the "Digital Education for All" movement. With the goal of each cadre and civil servant having an AI companion to support their work in the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee Office has planned to study 8 topics of AI application for each different job position every Saturday.
