The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office presented the retirement decisions and offered flowers to congratulate the comrades on their retirement.

The conference was held in person at the Provincial People's Committee Office headquarters in Minh Xuan ward and connected online to the second location in Ha Giang 1 ward.

At the conference, decisions were announced regarding the retirement and voluntary resignation of 13 civil servants, officials, and employees from various departments and units within the Office. These individuals have served for many years and consistently performed their assigned duties well.

The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office acknowledged, commended, and highly appreciated the contributions of the officials, employees, and workers throughout their careers, which have helped the Provincial People's Committee Office to successfully fulfill its functions of advising, summarizing, and serving the direction and management of the Provincial People's Committee. They also expressed their hope that after retirement, these individuals will continue to uphold the pioneering and exemplary spirit of cadres and Party members, actively participating in contributing to the development of their local communities. Furthermore, they hoped they would continue to contribute to building a cleaner and stronger Party and government at all levels, and contribute to the overall development of the locality and the province in the future.
