Not long ago, Megan took a trip to Vietnam. While there, she spent time exploring Hanoi and chose Ha Giang as her next destination.

In recent years, many foreign tourists have come to know Ha Giang and explore its scenic routes by motorbike.

Even within the travel community, Ha Giang is on the "must-do" list when visiting Vietnam. Many have expressed their love and awe at witnessing the majestic natural landscapes and feeling the warm hospitality of the local people.

On many forums and groups dedicated to overseas travel, the "Ha Giang loop" route is constantly mentioned. Searching the hashtag "Hagiangloop" on Instagram yields nearly 62,000 posts sharing information about this destination.

The "Ha Giang loop" reportedly starts from Quan Ba, passes through Yen Minh, up to Dong Van and Meo Vac, then returns to the starting point. The route is approximately 350km long, encompassing treacherous mountain passes, deep ravines, and many challenging curves, requiring skilled drivers to conquer this seemingly endless loop.

Like many adventure travelers, Megan decided to conquer the 350km route by motorbike to experience the grandeur and difficulty of the journey.

"I don't know what will happen when you experience the Ha Giang loop, but it truly surprised me. This experience is worth every penny. If you have the time, I recommend you come here to experience it," Megan commented.

And in the final leg of her journey, as it neared its end, the young woman suddenly burst into tears. "I cried on the way to Ha Giang because I felt incredibly grateful and happy to have experienced life and overcome challenges that were on my to-do list. Here, I met some of the kindest people in the world," the Australian tourist shared.

According to Nguyen Ngoc Tien, one of the tour guides specializing in English-speaking tours, in recent years, there has been a large influx of young tourists to Ha Giang. A significant portion of them prefer to drive motorbikes themselves to conquer this "route."

Ha Giang, being a province located in the far north, is rich in natural landscapes and has a long history and culture, thus possessing great potential for tourism development.

Notable tourist destinations in the province include the Twin Mountains - Quan Ba, the Vuong family's historical site, the Lung Cu flagpole, Dong Van ancient town, the Ma Pi Leng scenic area, the Hoang Su Phi terraced rice fields, and Du Gia National Park.

With these numerous advantages, Ha Giang is becoming a name highly regarded by foreign press and media. Previously, in January 2023, the New York Times ranked it 25th on its list of "52 ideal destinations for global travelers to explore in 2023".
