On the morning of December 6, in Hanoi , Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet received a delegation of the Central Committee of the Lao Front for National Construction led by Ms. Inlavan Keobounphanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Vice President of the Central Committee of the Lao Front for National Construction.
Welcoming Ms. Inlavan Keobounphanh and the delegation to visit and work in Vietnam, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet emphasized that the visit took place at a time when the two countries were actively preparing to organize the National Party Congress, contributing to further strengthening the trust, attachment and cooperation between the two agencies.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Head of the Committee Trinh Van Quyet sent his best wishes to Mrs. Inlavan Keobounphanh and the Lao people; wishing the Lao Party, State and people of all ethnic groups to continue to gain many new victories on the path of building a peaceful , independent, democratic, unified and prosperous country.
Appreciating the important results achieved by the Lao Party, State and people in implementing the Resolution of the 11th National Congress and the 9th Five-Year Socio -Economic Development Plan, the Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission emphasized that these are achievements that clearly demonstrate the leadership of the Party, the solidarity and efforts of the Lao people, and at the same time believed that Laos will successfully organize the 12th National Congress of the Party, bringing the country into a new stage of prosperous development.
Thanking the Central Committee of the Lao Front for National Construction for welcoming the delegation of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission during their visit and work in Laos last November, Head of the Commission Trinh Van Quyet emphasized that the results of the exchange after the visit were an important basis for the two sides to continue to strengthen cooperation, especially between the leadership team, professional staff and young staff of the two agencies.
To continue to deepen the traditional cooperation between the two agencies, the Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission suggested that in the new period, the two agencies should increase the exchange of experiences in mass mobilization work, mobilize people, promote the role of the Front and mass organizations in building the great national unity bloc; coordinate and share experiences in resolving petitions, strengthening people's trust in the Party and State; step up coordination in propagating the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos; focus on propagating in the political system, mass organizations and the young generation. Thanking the thoughtful reception of Head of the Committee Trinh Van Quyet and the Central Committee for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization, Ms. Inlavan Keobounphanh said she was very pleased to witness the activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification; the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and Vietnam's National Day September 2 - important and proud historical milestones, associated with great achievements and victories under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Informing about the situation and work that the Party, State and people of the two countries have carried out in recent times, Ms. Inlavan Keobounphanh emphasized that the results and movements of recent times deeply demonstrate the special solidarity between Laos and Vietnam, the constant cooperation and mutual assistance during the period of fighting for independence as well as during the period of national construction and development. In any circumstances, the two Parties, two States and people of Laos and Vietnam always stand side by side, inseparable from each other.
Ms. Inlavan Keobounphanh said that in recent times, direct and online training courses have been implemented between Laos and Vietnam; local Front organizations have exchanged and shared experiences in mass mobilization work regularly and continuously. Through the implementation of the above activities, the team of cadres from the Central to the grassroots level has enhanced their sense of responsibility and enthusiasm in mass mobilization work; the level and skills of the movement have been improved.
Through the process of summarizing and drawing on experiences, the Central Committee of the Lao Front for National Construction has compiled professional guidance documents to train cadres from the central to local levels; at the same time, it has collected many valuable comments from society, which have practical value, to serve as a basis for criticism and convey to the National Assembly every year; thereby helping sectors and levels to review and perfect policies in accordance with legal regulations.
Ms. Inlavan Keobounphanh also discussed methods of mobilizing the masses to participate in the patriotic emulation and development movement, helping grassroots cadres solve difficulties; mobilizing the masses in a flexible and effective manner; propagating and mobilizing the people through mass media; and methods of implementation to bring practical results.
Proposing that in the coming time, the Central Propaganda and Education Commission and the Central Mass Mobilization Commission continue to create conditions and develop a plan to train and foster a team of cadres working in press and communication for Laos, in order to improve the capacity of this force, Ms. Inlavan Keobounphanh emphasized that 2025 is the last year of implementing the Cooperation Agreement between the two sides for the period 2021-2025, the two sides continue to develop and sign a memorandum of understanding for implementation in the coming period.
Immediately after the reception, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission worked with the Delegation of the Central Committee of the Lao Front for National Construction. The two sides exchanged experiences in the work of the Front, mass mobilization, ethnicity and religion; the role of the Front in building the great national unity bloc; assessed the results of cooperation between the two agencies in the past time and the implementation content in the coming time./.
