MV Vietnam, let's step towards glory
The Vietnamese people are very special.
Musician Le Tu Minh said he wrote the song "Vietnam, let's step forward to glory" during the COVID-19 pandemic, to encourage Vietnamese people to confidently overcome fear and challenges.
A month ago, as the whole country prepared to enter the September 2nd celebration, he told himself he would write a new song to record that moment.
But when he finished it, he found that the new song was not as good as the old one, so he revised the lyrics to suit the context, as well as the spirit of Vietnamese people standing together in difficult and desperate times and building the Fatherland.
"The Vietnamese people are very special. In the most difficult times, we are united and together," the musician shared.
The song reflects the aspiration to build a strong Vietnam in the new era. The lyrics depict the indomitable will, honor the achievements of our ancestors, and at the same time convey the belief and responsibility to continue the footsteps of today's young generation.
According to the author, the message throughout the work is condensed into four core values: Pride - Solidarity - Rising up - For the Fatherland.
He also added that on this occasion there are many patriotic music products celebrating National Day September 2, each song is good and meaningful. His compositions add another voice to that common sound.
