A Viettel representative said that the above information was fake and shared that on the night of September 9 and the morning of September 10, Viettel Telecommunications Corporation completed adding 20,000 VND to the accounts of customers in isolated areas affected by floods and landslides.

Accordingly, customers directly affected in 68 districts of 10 provinces suffering from floods and landslides including: Bac Kan, Cao Bang, Lang Son, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Vinh Phuc, Yen Bai, Lao Cai , Bac Giang will be added 20,000 VND to their promotional account to call and access data for 5 days.

Based on the actual situation, Viettel continues to evaluate and support customers in other areas affected by natural disasters.
