Party and political work activities have been comprehensively implemented, with many innovations and creative approaches, achieving high quality and effectiveness. Logistics, technical, and financial work have been implemented synchronously, ensuring timely support for tasks. Emphasis has been placed on Party building, enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations; internal unity and cohesion have been maintained.

The Party Committee and Command of Naval Region 1 have identified 11 key areas and measures to successfully complete the tasks for the last six months of 2023. Agencies and units under the Region will continue to thoroughly understand and strictly comply with directives and orders from all levels regarding combat readiness; maintain strict adherence to combat readiness duty regulations; closely coordinate with other forces to firmly protect assigned maritime and island sovereignty; focus on improving the quality of building a politically strong Region; innovate and improve the quality of forecasting, understanding, assessing, and resolving troop morale; and pay attention to ideological guidance for officers and soldiers.
