According to the People's Committee of Phu Thai commune, there are 7 public investment projects in the commune that require land clearance.
To date, four projects have been completed: the renovation and upgrading of the Kim Anh - Kim Lien road (the section from Bat Nao Bridge, Kim Anh commune to Kim Lien Bridge); the construction of several sections of the northern access road to National Highway 5; the construction of Kim Thanh High School; and the construction of the Kim Lien - Kim Tan Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge.
The remaining 3 projects have all achieved over 90% of the land clearance volume, with only one household remaining in each project that has not yet agreed to the compensation plan. Specifically, the interchange project connecting National Highway 17B - National Highway 5 - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway has paid compensation to 27 out of 28 households, with a total cost of over 11 billion VND.
The project for the northern access road to National Highway 5 has paid 13.494 billion VND to 22 households, exceeding the city's disbursement plan.
For the Hanoi - Hai Phong railway access road project (phase 1), the commune has paid over 2.1 billion VND to 25 households and completed the inventory of 3/4 households with residential land.
According to the People's Committee of Phu Thai commune, as of November 30th, the locality had disbursed 100% of the planned public investment capital for 2025, totaling 25 billion 649 million VND allocated to 60 projects. Of these, 27 projects have been completed, 18 are ongoing projects, and 15 are newly started projects, all progressing on schedule.
In the coming period, the commune will continue to closely coordinate with relevant departments and units to resolve all obstacles, ensuring the construction progress and completion of items according to the plan for 2025.
