Consider changing the purpose of using 5,800 m2 of rice land to supplement the area for building Hai Duong Trade Center

According to Resolution No. 38/NQ-HDND issued by the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council on July 13, 2023 on approving land recovery and allowing the conversion of rice-growing land and protective forest land to implement additional projects and works in 2023, the Hai Duong Trade Center project has a total area of ​​35,646 m2. The Provincial People's Council allows the conversion of the purpose of using 25,162 m2 of rice-growing land. This area is still 5,800 m2 short of rice-growing land compared to the total land area for project implementation (30,962 m2).

Hai Duong Commercial Center Project in the area east of Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue (in Thach Khoi Ward and Lien Hong Commune). Total land area for project implementation is 37,246 m2. Project investor is Tuan Kiet HD Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.
