4 agencies and 7 battalions under Division 341 - Military Region 4 have just held a military congress for the 2023-2025 term. Attending the congress were comrades in the Party Committee Standing Committee, Division commanders, heads of 4 Division agencies, unit commanders, and a large number of officers and soldiers.
Colonel Nguyen Van Linh, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Division, spoke at the Congress.
During the 2021 - 2023 term, the Military Council (MC), the military collective of 4 Agencies and 7 affiliated Battalions thoroughly grasped and well implemented the regulations on organization and operation of the MC in the unit, strictly maintained the order and operating regime, and well implemented democracy in military, professional, political , economic, and life matters.

Fulfill the functions, tasks and powers of the Military Council, promote democracy well in conjunction with strengthening discipline and order, promptly advise and propose to the Party Committee and commander on the content and measures to organize and implement tasks, contributing significantly to the results of completing the unit's tasks, especially the tasks of combat readiness, training in framework A, management, re-inspection, training of DBĐV soldiers and building a strong and comprehensive unit, "exemplary model".

With the spirit of creativity, promoting democracy, and upholding responsibility, the Congress elected 11 comrades with sufficient qualities and abilities to the Military Council for the 2023-2025 term with a high number of votes of confidence. Lieutenant Colonel Cao Van Long was elected to hold the position of Chairman and Colonel Vu Quang An was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Military Council of 4 Agencies and 7 subordinate Battalions for the 2023-2025 term. Thanks to proactively doing a good job of preparation, the Military Congress of 4 Agencies and 7 subordinate Battalions followed the instructions of the Military Region, conducted in accordance with the process, procedures, principles and achieved great success.
