Hai Duong Province Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Co., Ltd. is one of the five effectively operating state-owned enterprises.

Hai Duong has 7 state-owned enterprises, including 5 state-owned enterprises holding 100% of charter capital, 2 state-owned enterprises holding over 50% of charter capital (in particular, Hai Duong Livestock One Member Co., Ltd. has ceased operations since January 2023). The remaining 6 enterprises have total equity of more than 4,083 billion VND, an increase of 185 billion VND compared to the same period in 2023.

The after-tax profit of 6 enterprises was more than 56 billion VND, an increase of nearly 21 billion VND compared to the same period in 2023. There were 5 enterprises with a profit of nearly 56.6 billion VND, which were the single-member LLCs: Lai Vu Industrial Park, Hai Duong Irrigation Works Exploitation, Hai Duong Lottery and Joint Stock Company: Hai Duong Clean Water Business, Hai Duong Clean Water and Rural Sanitation. 1 enterprise lost 533 million VND, which was Hai Duong Trading and Service Company.
